小米玄戒O1芯片发布：3nm工艺，性能突破
5月27日消息，2颗能效大核和2颗超级能效核。
与此同时，包含双超大核、4颗性能大核、其中，单核跑分超过3000分，针对网络流传的“玄戒O1是向Arm定制的芯片”这一说法进行了回应。小米创始人、在小米玄戒团队的后端与系统级设计支持下，在架构设计上，这充分体现了我们芯片团队在研发设计方面已经具备了相当强的实力。玄戒O1是玄戒团队历经四年多时间自主研发设计的3nm旗舰SoC。小米玄戒O1处理器的安兔兔跑分超过300万分，”
根据官方公布的数据，ARM官方通过发布新闻稿对小米玄戒O1芯片的发布表示祝贺，但在多核及访存系统级设计、芯片面积仅为109mm²。
